Dave has deep experience in a variety of IT and technical roles across the Utilities, Commercial, Government and Defence domains. He enjoys working in technically complex domains to understand business needs and to facilitate solutions to realise these needs. Dave is an experienced Solution Architect with experience in a variety of IT and technical roles across the Utilities, Commercial, Government and Defence domains. He enjoys working in technically complex domains to understand business needs and to facilitate solutions to realise these needs. Dave has experience in Technical Lead/Solution Architect and IT Project Management.

Dave is equally comfortable working in technical or project lead positions, as a team member or being singularly accountable to deliver technical artefacts and/or outcomes depending upon the business need. He is proficient at eliciting business requirements, and documenting needs as business cases, requirements specifications and/or epics and user stories, depending upon the applicable management, change and development processes. He can engage business and technical subject matter experts to document and present architectures and solutions as formal design documentation and/or presentations. He can manage resources to realise the business needs and implement designs in accordance with agreed business plans and schedules.
