Biography

Kristian is a Senior Consultant at Texture and has also worked for other Adelaide based consulting firms and has 20 years’ experience in project and change management, business analysis and technical writing in Utilities, Mining for some of Australia’s best known companies including Santos, SA Power Networks, APA Group and SA Water. He has also worked for local, state and federal government and not for profits and is familiar with their many intricacies. A recent engagement saw him project managing the technical and data project of a company wide organisational structure change program affecting 40 different systems (including SAP, SuccessFactors, Entra ID), managing the data, business, IT and Technical issues. Prior to that at Texture Kristian performed business and technology analysis and documentation of the Maximo upgrade, Asset Integration Technology Program and project management of AEMO compliance, Market Services WFS tool vendor transition, Logic Monitor implementation and Grid Monitoring configuration projects.

He has consulted on and managed projects for Government and Utilities in organisation change such as department restructures, outsourcing, in-sourcing, implementing new IT systems, work-shopping and implementation of customer experience, coordinating company communications, leading major cultural change management, developing document management systems and redeveloping intranets, particularly in SharePoint. His education and experience is in various project management methodologies including Prince 2, MSP, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, Agile and PYMBOK & have studied Commerce, Law, Marketing, Technical Writing and Human Resources.
