Heloise worked at the local Steelworks and Mine as an IT Business Partner and later as the ICT Mining Operations Manager. She got to work across most areas of the company, from HR, Finance, Marketing to Safety, Operations and Engineering.

With 10+ Years’ experience in a regional Mining and Metals business, Heloise is adaptable and creative when dealing with both day-to-day and large complex IT issues. Her experience includes in-depth involvement in Business Analysis, IT Commercial Management, business process mapping, working closely with users to understand and document their requirements, Vendor and Stakeholder Management, and then to design and implement the solution.

Heloise founds a drive and enthusiasm for project delivery, paired with the keen ability for turning ideas into practical digital solution by working closely and communicating with stakeholders from all levels in the business, and managing teams and projects within different sizes and scopes.

Outside of work she loves reading, gardening, and taking her loving dogs for walks. She has also been known to occasionally jump out of perfectly good aeroplane.
