Biography

Chris is a skilled IT Project Delivery Consultant with over fifteen years’ experience on business transformation and COTS implementation programs across the mining and resources, utilities, banking and financial services, and health industries.

As a project manager he has led teams, worked with varied stakeholders and vendors, and managed budgets in excess of $15M.

As a senior business analyst Chris has led project streams and teams on COTS implementations, integration, and development programs and projects, and developed strategies and artefacts across requirements, design and configuration phases.  

Chris enjoys basketball, low and slow barbecue on his Weber kettle, wine, snowboarding, and playing sport with his two sons. He has a love for business books, leading to a significant Tsundoku library – based on the Japanese art of acquiring reading materials but letting them pile up in one’s home without reading them.
