Biography

Chris founded Texture 10 years ago and is our Managing Director and Principal Consultant. He has highly developed communication skills and having worked with stakeholders at all levels. Chris has a sound understanding of the project lifecycle, having performed various roles in project management and agile leadership, business and requirements analysis, testing, change management and training, and support. He has a strong systems based approach to project delivery. He has delivered outcome based projects for BHP – Olympic Dam, Copper, APA Group, SA Power Networks, South32, ElectraNet and is currently at Santos.

As a senior business analyst Chris has lead project streams and teams on COTS implementations, integration, and development programs and projects, and developed strategies and artefacts across requirements, design and configuration phases.  As a project manager he has lead teams, worked with varied stakeholders and vendors, and managed budgets in excess of $15m.

He has a love for business books, or more accurately acquiring them but letting them pile up in his home without reading them!
